Sample Agreement
Sample for review. This is a blank copy of the agreement Abisset signs with clients. Executed agreements are signed outside this website, by hand or electronically, in any valid legal manner.
This agreement is between Abisset Industries, LLC (Abisset) and [Client full name or business] (Client), effective [effective date].

Client represents that Client is at least 18 or is legally capable of entering into this agreement.
Abisset provides a private AI administrative assistant for Client's group text conversation: [group name or description]. A toll-free number operated by Abisset ([+1 (888) 259-0339]) is added to the group as a participant. The assistant:
- reads messages sent in the group;
- sends private text messages to Client only, containing summaries of group activity and suggested draft replies; and
- never posts to the group. Client reviews each draft and sends it from Client's own phone, or discards it.

- Tell every member of the group, before or when the assistant joins, that an AI assistant is a participant, what it does, and that it is not a live person. Abisset can supply a suggested announcement.
- Confirm Client has the right to include the assistant in the group and to share the group's messages with Abisset for this purpose.
- Use the service only for lawful purposes.
- Abisset processes group messages only to provide the service in Section 2.
- Abisset keeps a limited history of recent group messages, for up to 15 days, so summaries and drafts have context.
- Abisset does not sell group messages or phone numbers and does not use them for marketing.
- Service providers that carry or process messages for Abisset (text messaging and AI providers) handle them only to deliver the service.
- On termination, Abisset deletes stored message history within [__] days of Client's written request.
Either party may end this agreement with [__] days' written notice. Client may also stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. That ends text delivery but does not by itself end the agreement.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. It is the entire agreement between the parties, and changes must be in writing. [Additional terms as agreed.]
